Left Brain Hosting Support includes access to technical support provided via knowledgebase, ticket system, email and livechat.

Left Brain Hosting's technical support is strictly limited to the direct customer of Left Brain Hosting and not to in-direct client. For example, a client of the Left Brain Hosting Customer is not entitled to Support from Left Brain Hosting and should at no time be given Account Access, Passwords, or Passphrases belonging to Left Brain Hosting's customer accounts. If you need to assign more people to be in touch our team, you can add additional Profiles in your account area. It is the obligation of the Left Brain Hosting customer to ensure compliance with this policy.
